What would my Loved one want for me now?

I think this a very good way of taking stock of how you are dealing with your grief. I am speaking from the perspective of a loving father losing a loving son. Remembering that he couldn’t cope with life and the pain he felt was too great to carry. It is very important if you can ,to separate those facts from your grief, pain and sorrow. If you could just ask him what would you want for me now? Another consideration would be asking the question to a rational thinking son before he carried his pain and sorrow. I am convinced that he would not want to see me in constant pain, misery, depression, grief, apathy, anger and sorrow for the rest of my days. Of course he wouldn’t .

Why would he want me to suffer it goes against the natural instinct to see one another getting on in life. We want the best for our children and they want the best for us. Think about it ,stop right now and think about it. He wants me to get on in life and not to waste the rest of it thinking my life has no meaning anymore. You see that love you shared will never die the bond between you is the spirit that is eternal love. They only want the best for us so make a change today do it for them live your life you will see the sunshine again.
