We are starting the walk and talk group up now the weather is improving. It’s less intense than a meeting room and we can enjoy the Blue and Green spaces, as colour slowly returns to our grief stricken lives. 5 of us walked from Port Moor to Maughold lighthouse on Saturday morning. Talking about life, grief and and our loved ones.
