Another Birthday gone by without you.

Just had another Birthday last week 55yrs,yes and the one card and telephone call you want doesn’t come. Its like Father’s day, Christmas you are thinking of the love from your son. I knew it would hit me again I could feel it days before. Anyway I got up sorted a few things out walked the dog and had a cry. First cry in a little while this helped release the tension, I talked to Martin told him how I was feeling. I’m lucky being able to cry and get some ease from the grief. The day got better went surf kayaking in the afternoon and had a takeaway for tea. This is life now still have got grief but build my life around it and move on to the next;
